Products & orders

We do our best to describe our products and pricing accurately. We may correct errors, update prices, or decline or cancel an order at our discretion. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or every 3 months, depending on the plan you select) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime in one click from your account, or by emailing info@dogdivaco.com. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

If your dog won’t eat her first pouch, we’ll make it right under our Refund & Returns Policy.
