The Devour-It Guarantee

If your dog simply won’t eat her first pouch, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund that first pouch. Just tell us her name and what happened — there’s no need to ship the pouch back.

30-day satisfaction

Not happy with your first order for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement of your most recent order.

How to request a refund

Email info@dogdivaco.com with your order number. We reply within one business day.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription anytime in one click from your account, or by emailing us. To avoid being billed for your next order, cancel before your renewal date.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
